We hired Libby for two sunrise beach yoga classes for an offsite meeting we held for our team in Marina Del Rey. It was absolutely fantastic - it was last week and people are still raving about it! Libby did a great job weaving in a few meaningful concepts into her instruction that reflected our teams' current goals, which really resonated with the team. Also, she's extremely responsive and professional, whereas a couple other vendors I tried to contact either never got in touch or took days to get in touch with me. Would absolutely work with her again!

I attended this class on a Saturday as an out-of-towner, here on business. Libby was welcoming and the class attendees (actually, I should say community) were also friendly and inclusive. The yoga itself was nourishing and gentle. I highly recommend you attend a Beach Yoga class if you have the opportunity.

What better way, than to start your day, with yoga on the beach?! Libby is a wonderful instructor! She teaches a restorative style class that is approachable for all levels of yogi. The class moves into a gentle flow and ends with a luxurious shavasana. All while listening to the ocean waves in the background...and we occasionally get lucky and see dolphins! I always leave feeling completely blissed out and ready for a wonderful day! I recommend bringing a large beach blanket to use as your yoga mat. See you on the sand!
