Service Description

Join Yogini Libby Balsiger of Beach Yoga Life & Sound Healer Grace Oh on the sands of Marina Del Rey Beach where they will create a collective restorative yin yoga session. Libby will be grounding and unwinding the class with a restorative yin yoga class. Grace will be accompanying the gentle yoga class with a Reiki infused restorative sound bath. All levels welcome. Wear layers, bring an extra towel, mat and water. Come with an open heart and leave feeling rejuvenated.
