Service Description

All levels welcome. Join us in person or online on Saturday mornings. Park near 3618 Pacific Ave. in Marina del Rey and walk to the beach at Fleet St. Meet us on the sand closer to the water where you can set up your space. Bring a large towel, mat, water and a hat or something to cover your face. Come with an open heart, feel the ocean breeze, warm sun on your skin, soothing sounds of nature, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
